We always strive to maintain the highest possible quality and service. To continue this work and ensure that we can offer sustainable conditions for our employees, we sometimes need to adjust our prices. The next price adjustment will take effect on January 1, 2025, and will affect all our home cleaning customers.
Here you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions about this year’s price adjustment, and you are more than welcome to contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Questions & Answers
- Why are we making a price adjustment?
We conduct an annual price adjustment to meet increased costs for wages, materials, and other operational expenses. The adjustment is necessary to continue delivering the highest quality in our services. Some factors that affect our prices include:
- Inflation
- Increased costs (e.g., electricity prices, interest rates, material costs, etc.)
- Increased labor costs
For us, it is a matter of course to offer our employees a secure job with, for example, collective agreements and insurances. For us, it's not enough to do the bare minimum; we want to be a role model for the entire industry

- When do the prices change?
On January 1, 2024, the new price list comes into force. This means that you as a customer will receive your first invoice with changed prices at the beginning of February.
- What will my new price be?
Your new price depends on how many hours you have home cleaning, and how often. You will receive your price increase in an email from us that was sent at the end of November. Have you missed the email? Contact your Area Manager for further assistance!
- Are you adjusting all prices?
We are adjusting the prices for recurring home cleaning. Our one-time services are not affected by the annual price adjustment.
- Hur beräknas de nya priserna?
When we calculate this year's price adjustment, we start from the economic situation in society, in the form of, e.g., inflation and increased material costs, as well as the wage increases we make to continue to offer our employees sustainable conditions.
- Have increased wages affected your pricing?
As a market leader, it is not enough to strive for excellence within our organization – we have a responsibility for the entire industry. Our employees are our backbone, and we want to contribute to the whole industry taking responsibility and offering sustainable conditions. By putting our employees first, we know we get engaged, dedicated, and competent people working for you.
- What is included in the service fee?
Our service fee cover that not included in the rut deduction, such as cleaning products, materials and rut administration.
Our service fee is changed on January 1st to 85 SEK.
