Questions about home cleaning as salary benefit
You decide how to structure the employee benefit. Either the employer covers the full cost of the home cleaning service, or the benefit is offered through a gross salary deduction. This way, you can adjust how advantageous it will be for your employees. The employee will be taxed on the benefit but can still make use of the RUT deduction.
In addition to the benefit, we can offer a discounted rate for the entire staff through a framework agreement tailored together with you. This means everyone in the company can benefit from the collaboration with Hemfrid — at a favorable price.
When an employee is granted, or is about to be granted, home cleaning as a benefit, you simply notify us. We will then schedule a personal meeting with the employee to initiate the home cleaning service according to the agreed arrangement.
