We clean your windows externally according to a predetermined schedule, usually every eight weeks. The basic subscription covers the two lowest floors and up to 30 windows (15 with glazing bars). After the first cleaning, we will contact you to tailor the subscription to your needs – for example, you can add more windows, additional floors, or basement windows. Since we only clean the exterior, you don’t need to be at home.
Of course, we want you to feel confident with our services and your first window cleaning is available for a trial price of 289 kr.

With a subscription for exterior window cleaning, you’ll always have sparkling clean windows – without having to think about it. Our window cleaners come automatically every 6–8 weeks (around 6 times per year), depending on weather and scheduling. After each cleaning, you’ll receive a receipt by SMS or email.
We typically come on a bi-monthly schedule — for example, in February, April, June, August, October, and December. You don’t need to book each visit — we handle that for you.
The subscription has no binding period, and you’re invoiced after each completed service. If you want to cancel or reschedule a planned visit, simply let us know at least 7 days before the scheduled month.

During your first cleaning, our window cleaners will wash the exterior windows – up to two stories and 30 windows (including window bars). At the same time, we make a thorough assessment of the property to calculate your exact price and any potential add-ons for a future subscription.
After the visit, you’ll receive a quotation tailored to your home and your preferences. You decide if you want to continue – there’s no commitment, just spotless windows all year round.
Please note that conservatories are not included in the first cleaning.
It’s difficult to provide an exact price before we’ve seen your home. Every house is unique, and the number and type of windows vary greatly. After the initial trial cleaning, you’ll receive a new quotation with your exact price and the option to add extras such as conservatories or glass panels.
We clean in almost all weather conditions, but sometimes nature sets the limits. Neither rain nor snow makes your windows dirty, but strong wind or heavy precipitation can affect both safety and results. During strong winds or heavy rain, we postpone the cleaning to avoid the risk of work-related injuries.
We can clean down to around –15°C, but if the weather doesn’t allow it, we’ll reschedule and return as soon as conditions improve.
No, not if it’s only exterior window cleaning. Our cleaners only need access to the windows from the outside.
If you have a locked or alarmed gate, or live in a terraced house where properties are connected, please contact customer service in advance. We’ll make sure we can clean all windows safely and smoothly.

Absolutely! We can clean conservatories, glass verandas, patio doors, and other glass surfaces beyond what’s included in your subscription. Contact our customer service and let us know what you’d like to add, and we’ll adjust your plan and price according to your preferences.
