- What qualities are important for someone who wants to work as a cleaner?
We’re looking for people who are thorough, responsible, and enjoy working in service. Previous experience in cleaning or as a janitor is advantageous, but we also value your attitude and willingness to learn. We often recruit internally, meaning that many of our service team members, field leads, and managers started their journey with us as cleaners.
