We also perform relocation work within your existing office walls, such as assembling or removal of office furniture. If you need an experienced project manager who plans and manages the move or relocation, we’ll be happy to help.

  • What is included in an office move?

    Office moving includes loan of moving boxes, moving staff, moving truck and insurance. Tell us if you want help with packing and we will include it in the price proposal.

  • Do you move other businesses besides offices?

    Our moving trucks are based in Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg and Malmö. From these cities and the surrounding area we can move all over the country.   • Are moving boxes included?

    Yes, with us, loans of moving boxes are always included. Let us know at Moving service how many boxes you need and we will deliver them to you well in advance of your office move. You can borrow as many boxes as you need and we also book an opportunity a couple of weeks after the office move to pick them up.

  • Can you help with packing?

    Absolutely, we are happy to help you unpack everything when you move the office or premises. Tell us when you book and we will arrange it!

  • Can you unpack after the office move?

    Yes, absolutely! Tell us that you want unpacking and we will take it into account in your price suggestion.

  • Can you assemble office furniture after the move?

    Simpler assembly is included in our moving service. For more comprehensive assembly, we can help you with our service General handyman.

  • Do you move safes?

    It depends on the weight of the safe. Let us know the size and weight and we'll take a look at it!

  • Can you help with storage?

    We do not offer warehousing.

  • How far in advance do we need to book the office move?

    You may have a chance to get relocation assistance with just a few days notice but book as early as possible to be on the safe side. We perform moves throughout the month, but there is the highest pressure at the turn of the month and in the middle of the month, so these dates are booked as soon as possible.

  • How close can we make changes in the move?

    You can always contact us for minor adjustments. However, if the adjustments require more staff or trucks, we cannot always guarantee if the change is made too close to the move.

  • How much does an office move cost?

    Of course! We are insured with Länsförsäkringar to a value of up to SEK 10 million if anything should be damaged during your move. Please note that if you choose to pack the moving boxes yourself, you are responsible for protecting the contents of them.
