- Senior DevOps Engineer - Hemfrid StockholmAnsök
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer!
Hemfrid is the leading provider of home services in Sweden. We don’t just aim to deliver services of the highest quality — we want to enhance people’s quality of life. Our advanced technology platform ensures seamless access to our services, and our employees share the same mission: to make everyday life easier for our customers.
Hemfrid is part of the KEYTO Group and is committed to building the leading, technology-driven full-service platform for household services. We believe in using smart technology and scalable systems to unlock quality of life.
About the role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a key part of our technology platform and infrastructure. You’ll work closely with developers, architects, and product owners to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, stable, and easy to maintain. The role combines hands-on engineering with long-term platform thinking, giving you significant influence over our technical direction.
You will:
• Design, maintain, and evolve our cloud infrastructure — with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and optimize our CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, secure, and predictable deployments.
• Strengthen system reliability through robust observability: metrics, dashboards, and alerting.
• Automate infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, or similar.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to improve workflows, pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Build and operate container-based platforms (Kubernetes or similar orchestrators).
• Drive cloud security, IAM, and compliance within our platform.
• Prevent and manage incidents, improve system resilience, and eliminate recurring issues.
Your profile
• Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in modern cloud environments.
• Strong expertise in GCP and/or Azure (preferred over AWS).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar).
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.).
• Understanding of networking, security, logging, and monitoring.
• Strong competence in Linux and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Ruby).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. Fluency in Swedish is a plus.
Meriting:
• Experience with GitOps methodologies.
• Background working with scalable, distributed architectures.
• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• A relevant academic degree within computer science or similar.
Who you are
• Analytical and structured, capable of navigating both high-level architecture and detailed technical investigations.
• Proactive and driven to improve systems, processes, and workflows.
• Communicative and comfortable collaborating across development, operations, and product.
• Curious about modern solutions while also valuing the stability and reliability of existing systems.

• Establishing structure in processes, workflows, and collaboration — always with long-term quality and sustainability in mind.
• Acting as a central link between the business and the development team, ensuring that technical decisions support business objectives.
